Gemini Networking communication believes in youth and that they are the future leaders, with them equipped we have a better chance of fighting poverty in Africa. We groom and grow future leaders in the IT sector, we have different options that help youth in the townships, so they can achieve the best they possible can be.

We have an internship employment programme aimed at getting young people ready and equipped for working environment. We educate pupils in computer end user its mostly administration work .

We allow them to suggest books that they would love to read that the company as part of their benefits we buy but that depends also on the price. We allow them to attend seminars to grow their knowledge.

We also have a young entrepreneurship (Future Community Leaders) the opportunity to open Gemini Branches within their locations. We would like them to also educate their communities about (IOL) help students with assignments, introduce them to computers, help their communities with job searching, Company registrations, and gathering information.

We would like to see them employ people from their neighbourhoods and growing them in a business sense.
